Nano Technology Chemicals (NTC) provides custom chemical blending for companies that need a consistent mix made to their own formulation. We make liquid and dry (powder) blends, package them the way you need, and ship them to customers across the United States and internationally.
Liquid and dry blending
Liquid blending covers water-based solutions and emulsions as well as solvent-based mixtures. Dry blending covers powders and granules that need to be combined evenly before packaging. Tell us your formulation, batch size and specification, and we will confirm what we can produce and quote it.
How a blending project works
- Formulation and specification: you share the recipe or target specification. We can sign a confidentiality agreement before you send it.
- Raw materials: we can source the ingredients from our product range, or blend materials you supply. Blending materials you supply is toll blending.
- Batch testing: agree the test parameters for release, such as pH, viscosity or specific gravity, before production starts.
- Packaging and delivery: bottles, pails, drums, totes or bulk, with your labels if needed, shipped to your sites.

- Industrial and institutional cleaning concentrates built on surfactants and solvents
- Water treatment blends such as pH adjusters and coagulant mixes
- Chelant and builder packages using EDTA, DTPA and MGDA salts
- Antifoam and silicone emulsions using silicones
Blending plus supply
Because NTC is also a chemical distributor, the raw materials and the finished blend can come from one supplier, which keeps purchasing simple. We can also manage recurring orders as part of a supply chain program.
