International Chemical Export from the USA

Nano Technology Chemicals (NTC) is a US chemical supplier that exports industrial chemicals to buyers around the world. We source the materials, prepare the export paperwork, arrange packaging suited to the shipping mode and book freight by ocean or air, so you have one point of contact from quote to delivery.

What you can buy for export

Our catalog lists more than 700 chemicals in seven categories: industrial solvents, water treatment chemicals, essential chemicals & ingredients, oleochemicals, surfactants, silicones and chelants. If a material is not listed, send us the name, grade and quantity and we will check whether we can source it for export.

What chemical export involves

  • Export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and the certificate of origin or other documents your country's customs requires. We confirm the document set for your destination on the quote.
  • SDS and labeling: each shipment travels with the Safety Data Sheet and labels suited to the product and transport mode. Tell us if your market needs an SDS in a specific language or format.
  • Hazmat and dangerous goods shipping: many chemicals are regulated for transport. Regulated products are packed, marked and declared under the dangerous goods rules for ocean (IMDG Code) or air (IATA) shipping, and we confirm what is possible for each product before you order.
  • Incoterms: we quote on the terms that suit your business, for example FOB (you arrange the main freight from the US port), CIF (we cover freight and insurance to your port) or DAP (we deliver to your named place, and you handle import clearance and duties).
  • Consolidation: several products can often ship together in one container or pallet load, which reduces handling and paperwork compared with separate shipments from different suppliers.
  • Group purchasing: we combine your order with our other clients' volume to secure bulk pricing most companies can't get on their own, and pass the savings directly to you.

Services beyond export

International chemical export FAQ

Do you ship chemicals outside the United States?

Yes. NTC exports industrial chemicals from the US to international buyers by ocean and air. Tell us the destination country and port or delivery address when you request a quote.

Can you ship hazardous chemicals internationally?

Many regulated chemicals can be exported when they are packed, marked and declared under the dangerous goods rules for ocean or air transport. Some products cannot go by air. We confirm the options for each product on the quote.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

We commonly quote FOB, CIF and DAP, and can discuss other terms. The Incoterm decides who pays freight and insurance and where responsibility passes to you.

What documents come with an export order?

Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, the Safety Data Sheet and any certificate of origin or certificate of analysis your import requires. We confirm the set for your country before shipping.

How is export pricing set?

Pricing is by quote, based on product, grade, quantity, packaging, Incoterm and destination. Because we combine orders across our clients, we can often secure bulk pricing and pass the savings to you.

Can you combine several products in one shipment?

Often, yes. Consolidating products in one container or pallet load can reduce handling and paperwork. Send your full list and we will quote it together.
