These terms apply to your use of nanotechnologychemicals.com and to quotes and sales from Nano Technology Chemicals ("NTC", "we"). A written quote, order confirmation or signed agreement from NTC takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Use of this website
Product information on this site is general and provided for convenience. It is not a specification, and it may change without notice. Always refer to the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and technical data sheet for a product, which we provide on request. Site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to NTC or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Business customers only
We sell to businesses and institutions. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you confirm you are acting for a business and are authorized to do so.
Quotes and orders
- Prices are provided by quote only. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to availability.
- An order is accepted only when NTC confirms it in writing.
- Payment terms, packaging, minimum quantities and delivery terms are those stated on the quote or order confirmation.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to customers across the United States and internationally. Delivery dates are estimates. Shipping terms, and when title and risk pass to you, are as stated on the quote or order confirmation. You are responsible for any import permits, duties and local registrations required at the destination unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Safe handling and compliance
You are responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of products safely and lawfully, following the SDS and all applicable regulations, and for making sure each product is suitable for your intended use. Some products may be restricted or require end-use information before we can supply them.
Product quality and claims
Products are supplied to the specification stated on the quote or certificate of analysis. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report shortages, damage or quality concerns promptly so we can resolve them. Except as stated in writing by NTC, we make no other warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NTC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
