What it is
A ready-to-use graphene coolant for closed-loop data center and HVAC systems. Non-toxic and glycol-free.
Typical uses
- CDU, direct-to-chip and rear-door heat exchanger loops
- Closed-loop chilled-water and hydronic HVAC loops where freeze protection is not required
Formulated for low electrical conductivity (deionized-water base) and enhanced thermal conductivity. Why it matters: low conductivity lowers short-circuit and corrosion risk in a closed loop, and higher thermal conductivity moves heat away faster. It is not a dielectric, so never use it to immerse live boards. Measured values on each lot's Certificate of Analysis.
Thermal conductivity: +6% to +18% (internal testing results).
What that could mean at scale (modeled estimates, not measured)
- A 20 MW hyperscale building (PUE 1.10–1.20): about 130–770 kW less cooling power, or $80,000 to $680,000 a year.
- A 20 MW site at today's industry average for large facilities (PUE 1.44): up to about $1.2M a year.
- A 100 MW hyperscale site (PUE 1.10–1.20): about 0.7–3.9 MW, or $0.4M to $3.4M a year.
- A 100 MW site at PUE 1.44: up to about $6M a year.
Modeled from a 10% to 29% cooling-energy reduction: savings = IT load × (PUE − 1) × cooling share of overhead (2/3) × modeled reduction, 8,760 hours a year, at US industrial and commercial power prices (EIA). PUE figures from the Uptime Institute Global Data Center Survey 2025. Real savings depend on your plant and have to be measured in your loop; that is what a 30-day pilot is for.
Graphene is sold only pre-mixed in a carrier. Results depend on your formulation, so we recommend a trial against your current product before a full rollout.
