What it is
A graphene-enhanced dielectric fluid for single-phase immersion cooling of servers. Glycol-free, with a low-toxicity mineral oil base.
Typical uses
- Single-phase immersion tanks
- Data center, HPC and edge servers
Formulated as a low-conductivity dielectric with enhanced thermal conductivity. Why it matters: boards sit directly in the fluid, so it has to insulate while it carries heat away from the hardware. Measured values on each lot's Certificate of Analysis; do not energize boards until the lot's electricals are on the COA.
Safety: aspiration hazard (H304: may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways). Do not induce vomiting. See the SDS.
Graphene is sold only pre-mixed in a carrier. Results depend on your formulation, so we recommend a trial against your current product before a full rollout.
